What we collect
Information you provide. Name, email address, shipping and billing address, and order contents when you place or request an order. Any information you include in an email to us. If you subscribe to product and documentation updates, your email address and the time you consented.
Information collected automatically. Standard server request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — used for security and to understand which pages are useful. Server logs are retained for 90 days.
Cart and session data. While you browse, WooCommerce keeps your cart on our server in a session identified by a necessary cookie on your device. Cart contents are transmitted to us when items are added, not only when you place an order. Product favourites you mark on the storefront are stored only in your browser’s local storage and are not sent to us.
What we do not collect
We do not collect health information, and we do not ask why you are purchasing a research material. We do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, for any purpose. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

- To maintain lot traceability records, which we are obliged to keep and which serve your interests as well as ours

- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping requirements

How long we keep it
Order and lot-traceability records are retained for seven years, which reflects both tax requirements and the practical need to trace a certificate to an order long after the fact.
Email correspondence is retained for three years. Server logs are retained for 90 days. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Sharing
We share information only with:
- Carriers, to deliver your order
- Payment processors, who handle payment data directly — we do not store full payment card details
- Professional advisers and authorities, where legally required
Every processor is bound by contract to use the information only for the service provided.
Cookies and local storage
We use the minimum necessary. Details of each cookie and local-storage key are listed on our Cookies page. In short: age confirmation, cart and checkout sessions, a quantity-widget preference, and on-device favourites. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction, request deletion (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations), or ask for a portable copy. You may unsubscribe from newsletter updates at any time by writing to us.

Note that order and lot-traceability records cannot generally be deleted while retention obligations apply, and that deleting them would also remove your ability to trace a certificate to a past order.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and access to order records is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected individuals promptly if a breach materially affects them.
Children
The site is not directed to anyone under 21, and purchasers certify that they are 21 or older.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the revision date above.
