Before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled or amended at no cost at any point before dispatch. Email support@noviqpeptides.com with your order reference.
Because orders confirmed before 2:00 PM CT are dispatched the same day, the practical window is short. A cancellation request sent within a couple of hours of ordering will normally reach us in time; one sent the following morning usually will not.
Refunds for cancellations before dispatch are issued in full to the original payment method, typically within five business days.
After dispatch
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier we cannot recall it, and research materials cannot be returned to stock — a vial that has left our control has an unknown storage history and cannot be released again against our specification.
If a parcel has already shipped, the routes available are the damage and fulfilment-error provisions in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Recurring orders
Recurring orders can be paused, rescheduled, modified or cancelled at any time before the next order is generated, with no fee and no minimum commitment.
Notification is sent before each recurring order is prepared, which is the point to make changes.
Changes to an order
Before dispatch we can usually change quantity, variant, shipping address or add items. Adding items may change the shipping cost or trigger a volume break, and we will confirm the revised total before proceeding.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order, including after confirmation, where:
- Stock proves unavailable
- A pricing error is identified
- We cannot verify the shipping destination
- Supply would not comply with law applicable at the destination
- The order appears fraudulent
In every case the order is refunded in full and we tell you why.
Backorders
Where an item is unavailable we contact you with the expected date and the choice of waiting, substituting, or cancelling that line. We do not hold an order open indefinitely without telling you.
