Documentation requests
If you need the certificate for a lot you already hold, send the lot number printed on the vial label and we will retrieve it. You can also look it up directly on the verify page.
Damage or error
Report shipping damage or a fulfilment error within 72 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and vial, and we will replace or refund.
